A message from our Joint Managers

At the Rangers we are determined to make sure that all of our the team enjoy the experience of playing grassroots football. We like to create a family atmosphere that all kids and parents can feel proud to feel part of. Regardless of results, we want our team to feel happy. Which goes with our ethos of 'Happy players play better football'. 

Our parents are amazing and have regular input into how the team is run, including giving us their honest views so that we can maintain a balance of always being open and prepared to change when the situation requires it. All of the coaches at the Rangers are committed to giving our all and is part of our contract we make with all of our players. Give us your best, and we will give you the same in return. 

Over the years we have tried to give the team, their parents, and anyone involved, the best possible memories to take forward with them in their future endeavours. Many things you learn on the pitch can be taken forward and used as life lessons, and that hopefully will be seen as they make their way in the world. 

I'd like to think we give every child, every chance to be the best version of themselves by teaching them how to be better teammates, how to give their best effort and hopefully to always be respectful on and off the grass. 

We will always put enjoyment over results, maintaining that the results will be forgotten in time, but the memories and experiences will stay with them forever
